1. Overview

  • Salescore Technologies Private Limited (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides Flyerworks as a digital SaaS product with instant access. This refund policy is designed to balance customer protection with fair usage and misuse prevention.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are available only within 7 calendar days from the date of payment for the first billing cycle of a new subscription.
  • A refund request is eligible only if:
  • The request is made within 7 days of purchase, and
  • The user has downloaded fewer than 10 flyers during this period.
  • Once 10 or more flyers are downloaded, the service is considered consumed and the subscription becomes non-refundable.

3. Usage Measurement

  • A “download” refers to any flyer exported or saved from the platform in any format.
  • Usage is tracked automatically by Flyerworks systems and is final for refund determination.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted if:

  • The request is made after 7 days.
  • 10 or more flyers have been downloaded.
  • The subscription is a renewal, upgrade, add-on, or promotional plan (unless explicitly stated).
  • There is abuse, misuse, or refund cycling.
  • The account violates the Terms & Conditions.
  • No partial refunds or prorated refunds are offered.

5. Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be emailed to support@flyerworks.app.
  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Upon refund approval, the account will be downgraded or suspended with loss of paid access.

6. Policy Updates

  • We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Continued use of Flyerworks after changes constitutes acceptance.
