What it does
When your flyer is ready, you ask for a caption. Flyerworks reads your store name, your store type, your location, the type of flyer, the dates, and up to twelve of the products on it. It writes one caption for WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook.
Every caption:
- Is under 400 characters.
- Includes your store name exactly as you wrote it.
- Ends with a call to action that names your store.
- Has four to six hashtags drawn from your store type, your location and your products.
- Uses no more than a couple of emojis.
You copy it and paste it. It does not post anything for you.
Your language
Pick the language for the caption. English and Hindi are always offered, and the main language of your state is added at the front. A store in Kerala sees Malayalam, and a store in Tamil Nadu sees Tamil. Your store name and product names stay as you wrote them, in their original script and spelling, so a Malayalam caption still names your store correctly.
What it does not do
- It does not know your prices. It sees product names and categories, not the numbers on your flyer, so add the price yourself if you want it in the text.
- It writes one caption per request. If you want another, you ask again, and it uses more credits.
- It does not post or schedule anything.
- Read every caption before you use it. It is a first draft.
Plans and credits
The caption generator is on Pro and Business plans. Each caption costs 20 AI credits. Pro includes 1,000 credits a month and Business includes 2,000. The credits are one shared pool for the AI features in Flyerworks, and unused credits do not roll over. The Free and Starter plans do not include AI captions.
